What knowledge is contained in large language models? Language models are revolutionizing many aspects of knowledge management, but what knowledge is actually contained in them and how can it be extracted? This talk explains the GPTKB approach, which has been used to build a structured database of over 100 million facts from GPT (https://gptkb.org). Unstructured data from social media contains valuable knowledge - but how do you make it visible and usable? In our presentation, we will introduce the Data Knowledge Hub: a GitHub-based toolbox with methods, code and tools to analyze discourse, identify disinformation and enable better data-based decisions. Unstructured data in business development, urban development & sales: how can data robots & AI make us smarter than the competition? This article deals with the possibility of using real-time monitoring systems to automatically identify and evaluate target groups and their behavior as well as AI chatbots for knowledge management of internal data and external market data.
